These last few chapters of Genesis tells the ending of Isaac's life and we hear about the inheritance passed to each of the twelve children. We understand that how they spent their lives is how the inheritance was released. We see how Isaac wanted to be restored to his father's land and laid to rest with his father and grandfather.
